The Company is not responsible or liable for any errors in features , photographs and prices of products listed on the Website and can not ensure that there will be no errors from any cause when importing and updating the features or and the price of a product.

The Company is not responsible for any unauthorized third party interventions in products and information available on the Site.

The Company informs the Customer through the e-shop based on the availability of the products but it does not guarantee in any way the availability of these.

In any case, the Company undertakes to inform the customer in good time, for the unavailability, so in such a case it has no further liability.

At our online store www.omnistore.gr you will find a wide range of products with emphasis on technology products and telephony and related accessories which are divided into categories to facilitate your search.

Orders

Orders through the online store www.omnistore.gr imply the conclusion of distance selling agreements, which are governed by the consumer protection legislative framework (Ν. 2251/1994) and this activity has been registered to GEMI in accordance with the requirements of consumer protection legislation.

Orders can be submitted by users either by signing up and creating a relevant account or as a guest.

You can cancel your order by phone or e-mail (sales@omnistore.gr) before its put through. Otherwise, it applies whatever applies to the return of items. Payments

When purchasing products from our store you can choose one of the following payment methods:

Credit or debit card

Our company accepts Visa and Mastercard credit or debit cards. To handle transactions with credit or debit card, we have chosen to cooperate with Eurobank. The amount of the transaction is charged when accepting the order amount. If the order is not executed (e.i. timely cancellation by you) the amount that was committed for the order is refunded in full (100%) to you. The authorization / rejection of your order is made by Eurobank in cooperation with the relevant organization (Visa, Mastercard) and for any questions about the non-approval of the amount, you need to contact your card issuer. The Company does not hold credit card details and uses the SSL protocol to communicate the transaction details with you and with Eurobank.

Bank account deposit

We accept payments by depositing into a bank account of either Eurobank or Piraeus Bank (beneficiary OMNITECH AEEY). It is important to speed up the shipment of the order, when depositing in the reasoning to indicate the Order Number (has been sent to you by e-mail after the order has been completed) as well as your full name.

The process of executing your order will begin with the confirmation of the deposit. To avoid problems, your attention is advised as to the final amount of your order. Our company is not responsible for charges from the bank for depositing money or by faulty depositing (deposit into a different account) and has no obligation to send the order in this case.

Pay on delivery

You have the option to choose a pay on delivery method. This service is provided in cooperation with the ACS shipping company. It is recommended that you have the exact amount upon receipt. Pay on delivery cannot be done when for whatever reason, is not used to deliver the product/s to the ACS network and when the total amount to be paid exceeds 250 EUR. When the total amount of the order exceeds 250 EUR, payment can be done by card or bank deposit.

Paypal

We accept payments via the PAYPAL international payment system, for which you must have previously opened a PAYPAL account in accordance with the terms and conditions of the latter, for which our Company has no responsibility.

Cash (upon receipt from the store)

You have the option to choose to pay by cash or use a card upon receipt of your order from our Natural Shop without extra charge.

In the case of payment upon receipt from the store, it is obligatory to use a debit / credit card if:

After processing your order, you will be informed via e-mail when it is ready to be picked up by our store. Your order will remain in our store for reciept, for 5 working days. After that, your order will be canceled and the products will be available again for purchase.

CAUTION:

For orders over 500 € and reciept from the store, payment can only be made using a credit or debit card.


Send by courier

For sending orders within Greece, our Company cooperates with ACS COURIER, while for our non-Greek shipments our company cooperates with the international courier company DHL.

Τhe www.omnistore.gr sends all orders with ACS (within Greece) or with DHL (outside Greece) except in cases where the area is not covered by their network. In case your area is not covered by ACS or DHL, as mentioned above, your order is sent via the Hellenic Post Office (EL.TA.).

DATE AND TIME OF DELIVERY

Once payment is confirmed by us (debit or credit card, bank deposit) in 1-2 business days your order is sent. For its shipping you will be informed via email to which it will include the shipping number. You can use the shipping number (voucher no) to locate your order on the ACS website for within the country orders, or on DHL's website for orders outside Greece.

DELIVERY

Our company is not responsible for the delivery delay on behalf of the courier. In the event of obvious tampering of the parcel during transport, the purchaser must inform us before receiving it and not pick up the parcel in order to be entitled to a refund or to send a new parcel. Our company does not recognize any damage or loss of items in the event that the buyer has accepted pick-up.

FORCE MAJEURE

If for reasons of force majeure (e.i. bad weather, strikes, etc) we can not deliver the products within the specified time, we will notify you by e-mail, in order to state if you wish, under these circumstances, the completion of your order. Our Company is not responsible for any situation outside of its own culpability and will make it human for the best of your service.

LIABILITY OF SUPPLIER & SELLER - WARRANTY

The producer of each product purchased is responsible for any damage due to a defect in his product. Any agreement restricting or exempting the producer from his liability is invalid. Claims against the producer for damages are time-barred three years after the injured party has been informed or should have been informed of the damage, defect and identity of the producer. Ten years after the release of the product concerned, the rights of the injured party against the producer are extinguished.

Any durable consumer goods are accompanied by the manufacturer's written warranty or the company that imported the product into the EU or the business which affixes its mark on the product as a manufacturer (hereafter "Supplier"). Please pay particular attention to the terms of the warranty provided by the Supplier as well as the other accompanying documents and data that the Supplier is responsible for in the products and in particular those relating information for the safe usage and maintenance of products.

The minimum content of this guarantee is defined in Article 5A of Law 2251/1994 which you can see here.

In case of doubt as to the identity of the producer or supplier of a product you have purchased from us, please let us know.

OMNITECH has athwart you all the obligations provided for in the Civil Code for the seller. Especially in the event of a defect in the product we sell you can (a) request repair without charge or replace it with another unless it's not possible or requires disproportionate costs (b) to request a reduction in price and (c) to withdraw, unless it is a minor factual defect.

The above obligations do not exist if the defect is caused by you or by force majeure in a narrow or broad sense. In any case, the products must be accompanied by the necessary legalization documents and receipts, which also apply to the coverage of any Warranty Extension Contracts and are not transferred from buyer to buyer. These obligations are in any case written off within two years.

CONSUMER PROTECTION - WITHDRAWAL

In case of remote purchase (e.g. via Internet), after delivery of the order, you have the right to return the purchased products, exactly in the state you received them, by sending a statement within fourteen (14) calendar days after delivery to you , to the address: OMNITECH WIRELESS APPLICATIONS TRADING AND SERVICES SOCIETE ANONYME Kleisthenous 231, 153 44 Gerakas, Attica or by phone at +30 210 6619010 or via e-mail at info@omnistore.gr.

If you have ordered a range of products, the 14-day deadline starts from the delivery of the last product. In the case of the purchase of digital content which is not stored on a fixed basis, the time limit runs from the date of conclusion of the agreement.

 

The right of withdrawal can not be exercised for:

  • products manufactured according to consumer specifications or clearly personalized for that customer.
  • products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection (e.g. handsets, hands free, etc.) or for hygiene purposes, which have been unsealed after delivery, such as personal care products.
  • products that have been used, e.g. have been personalized with the registration of the device (smartphones)
  • sealed computer software that was unsealed after delivery and more specifically: CD/DVD, open consumables (inks, papers, CDs, DVDs, etc.) , open programs / software and games, mobile devices when their packaging has been opened, products who are missing the serial number, computers and other products on demand, open memories of digital and USB storage media .


With the above exercise of the withdrawal, you are required, at your own expense and charge the cost of return, to return to us the product/s in its/their original state of excellence (as new) within fourteen (14) calendar days of the exercise of your right of withdrawal. In particular, the returned product should not have been used, be in excellent condition, just like before its purchase, in its complete original packaging (box, nylon, foam, etc.) which should not have tears or damage / alterations and with all the contents of the original packaging (instructions for use, features and warranties, connection cables, installation software, etc.) as well as with any additional gift (eg free memory stick etc.) with which the product/s had / have been sold, otherwise the value of any gift will be deducted from the refund.

In addition, in order the return of the product to be accepted, the original purchase receipt should be displayed (reciept of retail, invoice) by the person who originally purchased the product and whose details are reflected in the purchase order. Omnitech, if you wish so, can receive the product for return from your location, with a last charge of 5 €.

Then we, within the same 14-day period and provided you have properly delivered us the product/s or proven you have sent them to the address: OMNITECH WIRELESS APPLICATIONS TRADING AND SERVICES SOCIETE ANONYME Kleisthenous 231, 153 44 Gerakas, Attica and you have repaid the amount charged to the Company for sending the product/s, we are obliged to refund any amounts you have paid to us using the payment method that you have chosen to pay us the price.

In case you have used a debid card or credit for the payment of the price we immediately issue the relevant order to the card issuer and, if payment has been made to us, we are not liable for any credit delays to you that are not due to us.

The COMPANY is entitled to agree with the CUSTOMER to reduce the compensationor offsetting for possible use of the product beyond what is necessary to establish the characteristics and functioning of the product in the period up to the date of the declaration of withdrawal.

If a product is defective please contact our Company directly by phone at 210 6619010 or via e-mail at the address info@omnistore.gr and title DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. Our COMPANY will provide you with all possible assistance to fulfill the terms of the warranty that accompanies your product. This regardless of non-warranty maintenance, which we can provide you with the applicable charge. Our company has all the obligations set out in the Civil Code for the seller. Especially in the event of a defect in the product we sell you can (a) request repair without charge or replace it with another unless it's not possible or requires disproportionate costs (b) to request a reduction in price and (c) to withdraw, unless it is a minor factual defect. The above obligations do not exist if the defect is caused by you or by force majeure in a narrow or broad sense.

Possibility to a valid order through www.omnistore.gr if you are legally qualified by following the articles of the Greek Civil Code, (if you have reached your eighteenth year of age and you have no legal assistance in concluding a sales contract). Orders can be made by representatives of legal entities, while the company reserves the right to claim the return from the supervisor or guardian of any orders made by legally incapable people.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

Our Company may, at its absolute discretion, terminate immediately any agreement with you under these terms at any time, informing you and / or, in case you have a registered user account, canceling your membership and accessing your account. Our Company may even suspend your use of its services without notice at any time without having any liability to you.

With these terms, you acknowledge that unauthorized use by you of our services may lead to irreparable damage to our Company and / or its licensors and associates, for which any financial compensation would be inadequate. Therefore, in the event of such unauthorized use, we and our licensors / partners (as the case may be) will have the right to request, in addition to any other available legal remedies, immediate interim measures against you, forbidding any further use of the Services at www.omnistore.gr.
