SHIPMENTS
Charging for your shipment is 5,5 € , independent of your order's weight. Some items might be huge (eg multifunctional devices) and in that case shipping costs are adjusted for the specific items (the different shipping costs is shown in the item's description).
For fulling your orders our company co-operates with shipping company ACS COURIER .
Omnitech sends all orders with ACS unless your area is not covered by ACS's network. In the case your area is not covered by ACS, your order is shipped through Hellinic Post (ELTA). In order to check wether your area is covered by ACS's network you can visit ACS WEBSITE ( http://www.acscourier.gr/ )

DATE & TIME DELIVERY
Orders are mostly delivered within 1-2 days after placing your order. For information conconerning your date and time of delivery you can contact ACS with the above communication methods.
ORDER STATUS
By the time your payment is confirmed (credit card, wire transfer) we ship your order in 1-2 working days. We will e-mail you with a voucher number which you can use to trace your order through ACS website.
RECEIVING ORDER
Our company is not responsible for any delay due to the shiping company. In case of an obvious bad handling of the package during delivery, the customer must inform us before receiving it in order to have the right to get his money back or request a new package. Our company does not recognize any damage or loss of items in case the customer has accepted delivery.
UNAVAILABLE ITEMS
Our company does its best so that the products that appear to the e-shop are available. In case a product is not available, we will inform you immediately through e-mail or phone concerning the time of delivery. If you don't agree with the time of delivery you may cancel your order (we will refund your amount) or enter a new order.
RETURNS
You can return your product in case the product that you have ordered is new and the package has not been opened. The allowed return period is 15 days from the time your order has been delivered. The return of used products is not possible. The return costs must eb covered by the customer. With the return of the product and by identifying that the package has not been opened we will refund your amount according to the payment way that you have chosen.
