Our company accepts Visa and Mastercard credit cards. To fulfil the credit card transactions we chose to co-operate with Eurobank. The amount of the transaction is charged during the acception of the order. In case of not execution of the order (for example early cancelation from you) the amount that had been received is 100% returned to you. The aproval or not aproval of the amount is done by Eurobank with the corespondant organisation (Visa/Mastercard) and for any question concerning the non-aproval of the amount you have to contact with your credit card bank issuer. The process of executing your order will begin by confirming your deposit. In order to avoid communication problems and delays we suggest that you are very careful concerning your order's final amount. Our company is not responsible for extra charges by the bank or for wrong deposit (for example to wrong account) and is not obliged to send the order in that case.

CASH ON DELIVERY
You can choose the cash on delivery payment method. This service is provided with ACS. In the case of cash on delivery method there is an extra charge of 1,7 euro. The payment of the whole amount is done during the delivery of the order. You are recommended to have the exact amount when you receive your order. We do not have the opportunity to accept the cash on delivery method when the area is not covered by the ACS network.
RECEIPT - INVOICE
Our company send with the order receipt-delivery note. If you wish to have an invoice issued you must contact us immediately after submitting your order with your company's data and your order's number at firstname.lastname@example.org with subject 'eShop invoice request'.
UNSUPPORTED PAYMENT WAYS
