Orders can be cancelled by phone or e-mail (sales@omnistore.gr) before we have began executing them. In any other case, the policy is the same as the return policy.
CONDITIONS
The guarantee conditions are those that are described by the product manufacturer. The charges of shipping that concern product guarantee process handling are paid by the customer. The guarantee of used products bought by us is covered by our company. The delivery and receiption costs are covered by the customer.
PRICES
The prices are valid for internet orders only. All prices include VAT and can change without warning. Any possible changes do not affect pending orders
STATEMENT
Based on Law N 2462/1997 that concerns the protection of personal data and related modifications, Omnitech Wireless Applications SA asks from the customer only the necessary based on law data that are required for invoicing and contacting the customer and no other reason. The customer's contact information will not be used for no other reason other than concerning the fulfilment of his order. The customer's data will not be used for sending advertising material and will not be transmitted/reselled to any other company without the permission of the customer.
